This is my first negative review but our experience on our 3rd visit to Crossings was awful. We were the only 2 dinners downstairs and while waiting for our waiter I showed my girlfriend a short video on my iPhone. After about 30 seconds our waiter appears and immediately demands that we stop watching the video. When I pointed out that we were the only customers he became adamant and said it's only a dog video. When it became obvious that we were offended he asked if we would like a different waiter. We declined and asked that he open our bottle of wine. That's when he said he was offended so I said "take it out of my tip" and we left to enjoy our evening at another place a few blocks away spending less than half what we would've spent at Crossings. Needless to say our paths will not be crossing again.

We visited Crossings for the first time last Friday. I had been there a couple of time for cocktails only and am now kicking myself for not dining there sooner. The entire experience was gracious and delicious! We loved the cuisine, the cocktails, the wine list, the pretty rooms, our server. We shall return . . . soon! What a beautiful restaurant, and so close to home, too! Thank you!

Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Lamb chops were like meat butter, they were so tender and delicious!!Dessert menu is fantastic, with clearly marked Gluten Free options that you would never know were "modified".

Terrific, creative food from new chef Kevin Malone. Awesome selection of barrel aged cocktails. This is now a high level westside dining experience with food to rival most anyone on Melrose or in Santa Monica. Highly recommend experiencing it!

Great knowledgeable staff always introduces us to new wines. Definetely in our top 10 favorites! Everyone should try it.

Has an intimate feel (fascinating decorations) with a great menu and friendly staff.

My housband and I we love this place. Wonderful food and wine selection. Up stairs can be noisy and usually big crowds. if you are looking for quite time select downstairs siting.

The building has a beautiful design, and the coffee is really good!

The Food i have had here is pretty darn good. And also i tried the steak both times I've went. But from what I've heard from others I'm with, the swordfish and the lamb chops are great as well. Vey nice ambiance to go with it. I would say it's small joint but very cozy.

Has become of favorite of ours! Food has always been excellent, special grouper tonight was exceptional! Ambiance is romantic and service is impeccable. It's not cheap but not outrageously priced. Price is appropriate for the quality and preparation. I highly recommend The Crossings.

The food is amazing! It's in a lovely spot in South Pasadena, and the cocktails are awesome!

Food excellent, ambiance noisy, service this evening was very slow and was blamed on two large parties. This not an acceptable reason to customers waiting to eat.

A South Pas gem. Great, innovative menu. Nice sophisticated dining. Dress up a little when you come, it's not a shorts and flip flops kind of place, though they won't turn you away if you do come like that.

Went to a great bridal shower there for brunch. Outdoor patio was very present and personal.

Love love love this place. Favorite place in South Pasadena! Happy hour is amazing, $6 drinks and foods mostly $6. Service always has been great and their regular meals are also a great deal and extremely tasty. Have been here many times and will continue to go frequently!

Every time I come here, I have an amazing experience! The food is fantastic and the service is excellent! I highly recommend the veil!

Super expensive. And I didn't feel like I got what I paid for. The food was delicious but slightly odd and I had to snack when I got home, not realising portions were small. Nice decor though and the staff were really great.

Went to Crossings to celebrate my birthday. The food and service made it special. The new bartender, Vladimir, knew his booze. He made the best Whiskey Sour I've ever had. It was so good, I went back after dinner for another one. We learned so much about whiskeys and bourbons. He made our bar experience memorable, not just having a drink. Anthony was the perfect waiter. He took great care of us, always there when needed, but disappeared when not needed. Erik's New York Steak was cooked to perfection. The Market Salad is such a unique creation I always want to try it. Thank you for the lotion and birthday card!

We visit here regularly. Food and drinks are amazing and the people are awesome also.

The DineLA experience was fantastic: crab cakes, filet mignon, and chocolate cheesecake. The crab cakes were all crab! Almost no breading at all---spectacular. The filet was amazing, and cooked perfectly rare. The cheesecake was also perfect. We ordered the wine pairing to compliment, and everything went so well with the menu items. The table favorite was the sake served with the crab cake. This place also had a great ambiance with interesting (but tasteful) decor. Will someday be back.

There's no doubt about the food, but wait service has had issues at times with attentiveness, specifically with checking in during a meal. It's only a minor disruption to an otherwise stellar experience. Highly recommended.

Copy-paste from OpenTable:The only thing that really annoyed me was how the hostess greeted us, and that she denied to change our table (most tables were open) and gave us a long face and awkward silence when we asked her to do so. This ruined the night despite the great food and service.

Beautiful restaurant with attentive services, food have some rooms to improve to match the surrounding.

The hostess was very considerate after I told her I was only interested in going to the bar. The bar tender was extremely nice and very handy to help find my sister a drink she would like. I came back a couple weeks later for the food and I was shocked how fantastic the food was. The staff were very considerate and knowledgeable of the menu and the veal was literally the best piece of meat I've ever had. Overall a fantastic experience and incredible food!

One of the best food places in the area. Very expensive but worth every penny.
